This comfortable 100 m² holiday cottage is located in a former farmhouse that has now been renovated into three residences. Although attached to a residential home, it features its own separate entrance as well as private outdoor areas, including a courtyard and a garden with trees and a lawn—perfect for relaxing. Spread over several half-levels, the holiday cottage offers pleasant and well-defined living spaces. The entrance leads through a veranda converted into a relaxation area, allowing guests to enjoy the outdoors while staying sheltered. The living area features an open-concept kitchen that flows into the dining room, complete with a wood-pellet stove and a television. An office space suitable for Telework rounds out the layout. The holiday cottage has two bedrooms: one bedroom with a 160x190 cm bed and a second with a 140x190 cm bed leading to a small attic-style mezzanine that opens onto the living room and is equipped with a cot 80x190 cm that can serve as an extra bed for a child or teenager. You’ll also enjoy a cozy living room with a TV, a bathroom with a shower and sink, and two separate restrooms. A garage is available for motorcycles and bicycles. For your convenience, utilities are included, and the beds will be made upon your arrival.
