With a surface area of 104 m², the Holiday cottage is organized on two levels, with a first floor featuring a bedroom with a 140 cm double bed, also suitable for disabled guests, a shower room, a separate toilet and a convivial living room with a fully-equipped kitchen, a dining area and a lounge heated by a pellet stove. Upstairs, three additional bedrooms complete the accommodation capacity, with two rooms each equipped with a 140 cm double bed, and one room offering four 90 cm single beds that can be adapted as required. A bathroom, a second toilet and a laundry area complete the ensemble. The 700 m² private grounds, two terraces (one of which is covered) and a carport all add to the comfort of your vacation in the Loire region.
