The shared swimming pool overlooks lush green meadows and Douglas fir forests. In summer, July/August and Christmas, stay smart and avoid weekend traffic jams: arrivals and departures are from TUESDAY to TUESDAY.

From the Holiday cottage, walkers and cyclists can easily reach the marked trails that criss-cross the Countryside, while heritage enthusiasts can head for the charming medieval town of Charlieu and its remarkable abbey. Between walks in the fresh air, fishing on the nearby Lake or relaxing by the pool overlooking the valleys, each day is lived to the soothing rhythm of the Loire countryside. In this vacation home nestled in the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region, the warm welcome of the owners and the gentle rural setting create the ideal setting for a rejuvenating break away from the hustle and bustle. The grounds are private and enclosed (the owners have the right of way to feed the horses and maintain the Piscine).

In the heart of a small, peaceful hamlet in the Loire region, this 140 m² stone vacation home unfurls its warm spaces over two levels, inviting you to share simple, authentic moments with family or friends. From the entrance, the convivial kitchen opens onto a luminous living room, where the lounge with fireplace, dining area and bar create an atmosphere conducive to get-togethers. Upstairs, three bedrooms welcome peaceful nights with two 90 cm single beds or a comfortable double bed, while an attic mezzanine offers an additional 140 cm bed and a discreet office space. The bathroom with bathtub and shower completes the ensemble, and the converted veranda becomes a welcome retreat in any season. Outside, the enclosed private grounds offer a safe haven for Kids.The Holiday cottage has central heating and a swimming pool shared with the "de Chloé" gîte. Boarding for travelling with your horse is available for a fee. To keep things organized, rentals run from Tuesday to Tuesday during the "Très Haute Saison" (very high season), an ideal way to travel with peace of mind and avoid the traditional weekend traffic jams.
