Le Murcent is a 90 m² self-contained holiday cottage housed in a restored stone farmhouse. On the ground floor, the living area centers around a dining room featuring an authentic open fireplace. The fully equipped kitchen makes meal preparation a breeze, while a bathroom with a bathtub and a separate toilet complete this level. Upstairs, four bedrooms accommodate up to 6 people, featuring one 90-cm single bed and three 140-cm double beds. One bedroom has a play area, and another has a workspace. The exposed beams, wooden floors, and stone walls contribute to the home’s character. A garage, a carport, a storage area for bicycles or strollers, a barbecue, a washing machine, a freezer, a microwave, and a private 1,000 m² lot round out the amenities.
