Situated close to exit 32 of the A89 freeway linking Clermont-Ferrand to Lyon and Saint-Etienne, and next to the D1, the Holiday cottage is centrally located and easily accessible. Less than a kilometer away, you'll find all the amenities and services of St-Germain-Laval, as well as its various characterful monuments and picturesque lanes. Holiday cottage "le moulin" dates from 1860 and is housed in a large stone house built above the river Aix. It is attached to the owners' house. It boasts almost 1 ha of shared outdoor space. The grounds are large, enclosed and secure, with access to the river and a lovely wooded area: Kids' games, swing, slide, tennis wall, basketball, pétanque... Hiking trails and short and medium-sized walks depart from the Holiday cottage. Chalmazel resort and Col de la Loge 35 minutes away. Lake Villerest beach 30 minutes away.

340 m² Holiday cottage on raised first floor and first floor for up to 15 guests (including Kids) in 11 bedrooms (with toilet facilities: 7 bedrooms with 90cm beds, 2 bedrooms with 2 90cm beds, 2 bedrooms with 160cm beds), 2 large living rooms, kitchen, 6 toilets, 3 showers, activity room (table tennis, darts...) and washing machine (available on request), freezer,... Private parking inside the property. For your convenience, utilities are included in the rental price. Please note that overcrowding is forbidden and additional guests will be refused entry.
