From this vacation home in the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region, hiking trails, mountain bike routes, horseback riding trails, and cross-country skiing trails invite you to fully enjoy the mid-mountain landscapes. Families will also enjoy the Acrobois Pilat tree-top adventure courses, walks around the lakes, fishing spots, and cultural discoveries in the surrounding villages. Renovated with eco-friendly materials and committed to sustainability, the holiday cottage combines comfort, authenticity, and a warm welcome for memorable get-togethers with friends, family, or groups.

Monto'Zar is a 235 m² group holiday cottage housed in an authentic stone building. Spread over two levels, it accommodates up to 19 people. Its spacious 100 m² living area combines a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, and a sitting area. The ground floor features three bedrooms with private bathrooms, including two double rooms each equipped with either a 140-cm double bed or two 90-cm single beds, as well as a third room with a double bed, an extra bed, and a balcony. Upstairs, two dormitory-style rooms in the attic offer five and six 90-cm single beds, respectively, each with a private bathroom and toilet. The accommodation features Wi-Fi, a dishwasher, a washing machine, a dryer, a freezer, a microwave, wood pellet heating, a terrace, a garden, and a barbecue.
Le Monto'Zar stands out for its remarkable 100 m² reception hall, which can accommodate up to 45 people during the day—ideal for family gatherings, birthdays, or group retreats. The owners also offer, upon request, meals prepared with organic and locally sourced ingredients.
Half-board and full-board rates are available upon request. Special rates are offered to organizations.
