Just a few minutes from Saint-Étienne, Le Montfollet welcomes you to a renovated 90 m² stone house that combines traditional charm with modern comfort. Spread over two levels, this bright, south-facing holiday cottage features a pleasant living area consisting of a living room with an open kitchen and a cozy sitting room where exposed beams and stone walls highlight the authentic character of the space. Upstairs, three bedrooms can accommodate up to six people: one bedroom with two 90-cm single beds and two bedrooms, each with a 140-cm double bed. A bathroom with a shower and two separate toilets complete the layout. Outside, a 30 m² terrace and a 50 m² courtyard that can be enclosed invite you to make the most of sunny days. A dishwasher, washing machine, freezer, microwave, television, central heating, and barbecue all contribute to the comfort of your stay. Bed linen is provided, and the beds are made before your arrival to ensure a stress-free vacation.
