Unusual wooden "pavilion" nestled in a quiet, peaceful residential area on the eastern slopes of Montbrison. A prime location at the start of several footpaths, next to the route of St-Jacques-de-Compostelle and in the heart of the Monts du Forez, rich in unspoilt countryside. This former "Labo" has been completely renovated into a comfortable holiday home. The gîte has a pretty terrace with an intimate pergola, where you can enjoy the view over the gentle garden planted with trees and flowers. To make your stay even more enjoyable, utilities and heating are included, and beds are made on arrival.

70m² ground-floor gîte next to the owners' house. It opens onto the living room, with its fully-equipped kitchen opening onto the dining area and lounge. There are two bedrooms: a master bedroom with a double bed (140cm) & a small "cabin" bedroom with two single beds (90cm), and a shower room (shower, washbasin and WC). The exterior features a garden and courtyard shared with the owners, a parking space and a private 20m² terrace.
