Laeticia & Frédéric welcome you to their gîte, which they have completely renovated and equipped for your comfort. The pleasant terrace offers a panoramic view of nature and the surrounding countryside. Ideal location between town & country, between St-Etienne / Lyon & the Pilat (St-Etienne : 8 km - Lyon 50km). This address is ideal for a "green" family vacation, a weekend getaway for couples or a business trip.
62m² detached Holiday cottage on ground and first floor. The 1st level features a living room with open-plan kitchen, dining and lounge area, and separate toilet. This living room opens onto the 15m² terrace, which is equipped with garden furniture and a barbecue. Upstairs, two bedrooms are equipped with 4 beds of 90cm (on request, beds can be made up to 180cm). The bathroom has an Italian shower, washbasin and WC. To make your stay as pleasant as possible, utilities and heating are included, and beds are made on arrival.

Famille DD Un gîte charmant pour un séjour reposant
Nous avons été très chaleureusement accueillis par les propriétaires. Le gîte est vraiment agréable et spacieux, avec une grande terrasse ensoleillee, et offre une vue imprenable sur les alentours et de très sympathiques moutons. Bien situé près de St Étienne et de St Chamond, tout en étant très dépaysant et proche des nombreux attraits du Pilat.

Le gîte est niché sur les hauteurs de Saint-chamond. Celui-ci a été rénové avec goût.

Malgré une arrivée tardive Fred et sa femme sont adorable authentique et chaleureux leur gîte est magnifique avec une vue sur Saint-Chamond très calme à la campagne comme nous aimons moderne avec une bonne literie nous avons passé un très bon weekend que dire de plus c'était parfait nous reviendrons certainement..

4A Super gîte !
Arrivés avec la pluie, le poèle à bois avait été allumé par les propriétaires et leur acceuil a été à la hauteur de la température intérieure du gîte !
Durant notre séjour, ils ont tout fait pour nous aider à passer le meilleur séjour.
Le gîte est trés confortable, très bien isolé (on n'entend rien) la terrase par beau temps est très appréciable.
Restauré depuis peu, cette petite maison individuelle est parfaite pour deux couples, les prestations sont de bonne qualité.
Les accès à Saint Etienne et Saint Chamond sont faciles et rapides, même si la route "touristique" est étroite.
Pour la randonnée, les sentiers partent du gîte et à un quart d'heure de voiture on est dans la massif du Pilat (gouffre d'Enfer, Le Bessat, la Jasserie, Salvaris ....)
En résumé, cette destination et ce gîte sont à recommander.- Cleanliness
