Completely renovated in 2016, this 60 m² detached Holiday cottage opens onto 1000 m² of private grounds overlooking the plain and the Forez mountains. The bright, welcoming living room features a sitting area with sofa and TV, a functional kitchenette and a sofa-bed for extra sleeping. The ambience is enhanced by a pellet stove that provides gentle warmth in all seasons. On the mezzanine level, accessible by an interior staircase, is the main sleeping area, with a 140 cm double bed and a 90 cm single bed, open to the room and under the roof, in an intimate, authentic atmosphere. Outside, a shaded terrace naturally extends the living space, inviting you to contemplate the rolling countryside.
