Set in an old dovecote that's been completely refurbished, this 85 m² Holiday cottage has an authentic character and a warm atmosphere. Nestled at the entrance to a family winegrowing estate, it has independent access and 450 m² of private grounds. Accommodation is on two levels, with a fully-equipped kitchen opening onto a pleasant living room with sitting area. One bedroom on the first floor has a 160x200 cm double bed, while upstairs there's a second bedroom with two 90 cm single beds. A bathroom with shower and WC complete the ensemble. The soft colors, carefully chosen furnishings and natural light enhance the architecture. Year-round comfort is assured thanks to underfloor heating powered by a pellet-fired boiler, Wi-Fi, dishwasher, washing machine and a host of everyday amenities. Kids can enjoy outdoor games and a few indoor toys.
