This vast 290 m² house can accommodate up to 14 people, and seduces right from the entrance with its 100 m² living room bathed in light thanks to large bay windows opening onto a panoramic 80 m² terrace. The fully-equipped kitchen is organized around a large central island and will delight cooking enthusiasts with a Thermomix, while the wood-burning stove, which also doubles as an oven, creates a warm atmosphere for shared evenings. The Holiday cottage has five comfortable bedrooms, including four on the ground floor with king-size beds, and a family room on the garden level equipped with four 90 cm single beds. Three bathrooms, a bathtub, three WCs, underfloor heating, a 50 m² gaming room and a private 10x5 indoor swimming pool heated all year round complete this space designed for family reunions or get-togethers with friends.
