125m² gîte on two levels. On the first floor, you'll find an entrance hall with a large dressing room, a welcoming living room, a kitchen/dining room fully equipped for preparing delicious meals, and an office area. On this level, a beautiful bedroom with a 160x200 bed is fitted out, as well as a shower room and an independent WC. Upstairs, a large dormitory with two 160x200 beds and a large shower room with walk-in shower and WC. Outside, in the shared courtyard, you'll find parking spaces with a charging station for electric vehicles. In the garden, you'll find a terrace with a barbecue area and an outdoor lounge for enjoying sunny days or evenings under the stars. To make your stay as comfortable as possible: the gîte is air-conditioned, utilities, cleaning and heating are included, beds are made on arrival and towels are provided!
