In the heart of Chazelles-Sur-Lyon, the former capital of "Chapeau", discover this former chapi, fully renovated in 2019. The owners have succeeded in combining the authenticity of the premises with the modern comforts of a gîte, with careful, personalized decoration. The gîte can accommodate up to 15 people, thanks to its extra beds.

This family home, comprising a house and farmhouse, is over 100 years old. The owners have restored the chapi with taste and respect. The beautiful living room with its fully-equipped kitchen is ideal for a stay with family or friends. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and have been personalized to reflect the themes of the stable, the chapellerie de Chazelles sur Lyon and the boule lyonnaise.
The gite has a fenced-in, secure garden with lawn for children, a 20 m2 terrace, a boule game, a swing and various games. For added comfort, utilities are included in the rental price, beds are made on arrival and towels are provided.

200 m² ground floor + first floor gîte featuring a 73m² living room with open-plan kitchen, bright thanks to its glass roof overlooking the garden. On the ground floor, there's also a bedroom and full bathroom with disabled access, and a laundry room. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms with en suite shower rooms and WCs, and a mezzanine open onto the living room with two 90cm beds.
