Nestled in a lush green setting in Pouilly-sous-Charlieu, this elegant, character property with a 252-square-meter floor area charms with its history and spacious rooms. A former hunting lodge dating back to 1850 and fully renovated, Le Chalet is spread over three levels and comfortably accommodates up to 15 people. The house features a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living area of approximately 50 m² perfect for convivial meals, and a library-lounge inviting you to relax. The six bedrooms offer an ideal layout for stays with family or friends, featuring five 140 cm double beds and five 90 cm single beds. Several bathrooms equipped with bathtubs and showers, as well as three separate restrooms, complete the property. The numerous balconies surrounding the house bring plenty of natural light into the rooms throughout the day. The garden, terrace, and modern amenities such as Wi-Fi, a dishwasher, and baby equipment all contribute to a comfortable stay.
