Le Cèdre Holiday cottage spans 85 m² on two levels, in a semi-detached configuration in the heart of the village of Saint-André-d'Apchon. The entrance opens onto a convivial 20 m² living room, where the fully-equipped kitchen extends into the dining area. On the same level, a bedroom with two 90 cm single beds is complemented by a shower room and separate toilet. Upstairs, a vast 33 m² dormitory accommodates four 90 cm single beds, with the possibility of an additional bed, offering great flexibility for stays with family or friends. A second sanitary area with shower, washbasin and WC completes this level. A shared laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer, as well as parking on the communal parking lot, complete the comfort of this vacation home, designed for practical, stress-free stays in the Loire region.
