This 65 m² single-storey Holiday cottage is designed to accommodate up to 4 people in a warm, functional setting. The living area features a lounge with a fireplace, a convivial dining table and a kitchenette equipped for everyday meals. The sleeping area comprises two bedrooms, one with a 140 cm double bed, the other with two 90 cm single beds, making it ideal for a stay with family or friends. A shower room and separate toilet complete the layout. Central heating ensures comfort in all seasons. Outside, the 100m² terrace and vast shared grounds (2000 m²) are a natural extension of the living spaces, while a garage and practical equipment make for easy living.
Holiday cottage adjoins Holiday cottage 2401 and is close to Holiday cottage 2516 on the same site. There's also a shared play area (boules, table tennis, basketball).
