The two Countryside houses form a harmonious whole in Chalain-le-Comtal, accommodating up to 15 people. With a perfect score of 5 out of 5, this "trois épis" (three ears of corn) accommodation offers peace and quiet, modern comfort and a warm welcome from its owners, providing a haven of peace and quiet in the heart of nature.

A vacation rental close to the Château de la Bâtie d'Urfé, the Château de Montrond-les-Bains and the GR® 765 at Chalain-le-Comtal, in the Loire region, allows you to combine culture, Hiking and bike rides along the voie verte. The Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region reveals itself through its picturesque villages and historic heritage, inviting you to make authentic discoveries along the way.

These two separate Holiday cottages offer 230 m² and 100 m² of refined comfort respectively. Beauplan 1 accommodates 10 people in a 65 m² living room and four bedrooms with en suite facilities, while the second Holiday cottage offers 2 bedrooms for up to 5 additional people. The Holiday cottages sleep 90x200 and 160x200. Fully-equipped kitchens, spacious lounges and 40 m² covered terraces encourage convivial moments and shared meals in the open air, as does a 250 m² private plot of land. Every space is designed for comfort and tranquility, with central heating and central vacuuming for a carefree stay.

The highlight is the private 12x5-meter, 1.50m-deep swimming pool with pool-house and Jacuzzi, a true luxury in the heart of the Countryside. The adjoining farm offers local produce, including vacuum-packed Charolais meat, for a taste of local gastronomy in an authentic family atmosphere.
