Ideal for 4 people, this 90 m² Holiday cottage features a functional agency layout and top-of-the-range comfort. Entirely on one level, it offers fluid circulation and easy access to all areas. The large, bright living room with its south-facing bay windows opens onto the terrace and garden. It features a modern, fully-equipped kitchen opening onto a convivial dining area, ideal for family meals. The cocooning living room, with its wood-burning stove, creates a warm atmosphere for winter evenings. The Holiday cottage has two carefully decorated bedrooms: the first with a 160x200 cm bed, the second with two 90x200 cm beds that can be twinned to form a large 180 cm bed, as required. The bathroom is spacious and accessible for disabled guests, with a large walk-in shower, washbasin and WC. For a comfortable stay, Utilities included, as well as bed linen and end-of-stay cleaning.
