From the outset, this beautiful detached stone house captivates with its remarkable architecture and authenticity. Spread over an area of 170 m², the Holiday cottage can accommodate up to 9 people in a warm and welcoming environment where wood and stone blend harmoniously. The fully-equipped kitchen opens onto the comfortably furnished living and dining areas. Upstairs, four bedrooms offer privacy: two with 160 cm double beds, one with a 140 cm double bed, and a fourth with a 90 cm single bed and a 140 cm double bed. A bathroom with bathtub, a shower room and two WCs complete the ensemble. Two fireplaces add to the authentic atmosphere, while central heating, Wi-Fi, a dishwasher and a host of amenities ensure a comfortable stay whatever the season. Outside, a 10 m² Forézien balcony and a 500 m² private wooded plot invite you to take full advantage of the landscape.
