Holiday cottage 160 m² on one level, designed to combine comfort and space. The light-filled living room features an ultra-equipped kitchen, a cosy dining room and a convivial lounge, and opens onto a 45 m² terrace, ideal for meals and moments of relaxation. The Holiday cottage has three bedrooms: one with a 160x200 bed and a baby bed, a family room with a 160x200 bed, a mezzanine (two 90x200 beds) and a relaxation area with sofa bed, and a third bedroom (160x200 bed + two 90x200 beds) with private shower room. A second shower room, two WCs and an equipped laundry complete the ensemble. Outside, a quiet patio awaits you for a break or a moment of reading. The Holiday cottage also has a closed garage, ideal for a car, bikes or motorcycles. Free public parking is available in front of the accommodation. To make your stay even more enjoyable, utilities and heating are included, and beds are made on arrival!
