Spread over 132 m², this semi-detached Holiday cottage combines authentic charm and modern comfort on two levels. The first floor opens onto a large, welcoming living room with kitchen area and fireplace, ideal for convivial evenings. A separate living room and a relaxation room complete the living space. Upstairs, three bedrooms welcome travelers: two with two 90 cm single beds each, and one with a 140 cm double bed. A baby bed is also available. The house has a bathroom with bathtub and two WCs. Central heating ensures comfort in all seasons, and the full range of facilities makes for an independent stay. 2 private plots of land are at your disposal: 1 to the north, 500 m², with garden, children's play area and swimming pool (9 m long, 5.50 wide and 1 m40 to 1 m80 deep), shared with the owners, and 1 to the south, 80 m², with a 30 m² terrace.
