Housed in a fully restored old farmhouse built of local stone, the La Rivoire-Izieux holiday cottage offers 67 m² of single-story living space designed to comfortably accommodate up to 4 people. As soon as you enter, natural light floods the living area thanks to its southeast-facing orientation. The living area combines a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy dining area, and a living room. The holiday cottage features two separate bedrooms: the first is furnished with a 140-cm double bed, while the second has two 90-cm single beds. A bathroom with a shower and bathtub completes the space, along with a separate toilet on the ground floor. A washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, television, and Electric heating ensure daily comfort. Outside, a 150 m² private courtyard, a terrace, and a barbecue allow you to fully enjoy sunny days in a peaceful setting.
