55 m² gîte on first floor and first floor. The gîte opens onto the kitchen/dining room with direct access to the 20m² paved terrace, which features garden furniture and barbecue. Upstairs are the lounge, two bedrooms (1 bed 140 / 1 bed 140) and a shower room (shower - washbasin and WC). Car parking available on the Place de Mizériecq or in front of the property.
