Semi-detached town house: 230m² - 3 levels. On the ground floor, you'll discover the beautiful living spaces. There's the ultra-equipped kitchen with its central island, the dining room, the lounge opening onto the terrace, and the TV room. On this level are the laundry room, WC and two entrance halls: one on the street side for access to the shops, the other on the garden side. The 1st floor opens onto a lounge with a panoramic view (equipped with an extra bed). Three bedrooms are tastefully furnished and decorated. The Jules Verne room with 1 bed 140x200 / the Proust room with 1 bed 140x200 and 1 bed 160x190 which can be converted into 2 beds 80 / the Hergé suite with 1 bed 140x200 and 2 beds 90 which can be converted into a bed 180x200, this suite is equipped with a private shower room (shower & washbasin). On this level, there's a bathroom (bath & double washbasin) and WC. The top floor features the St-Exupéry room, with its remarkable view of the surrounding countryside - 1 bed 160x200.
