The gîte has 50 m² of private grounds with terrace, a 500 m² meadow and a shared boules pitch. It offers beautiful views over the countryside, including the plain and the Monts du Forez. Just 15 minutes from St-Etienne, yet in the heart of the countryside.
70 m² single-storey gîte, living room with fitted kitchen, lounge, 2 bedrooms. Renewable-energy geothermal heating. Possibility of renting another gîte rural for 5 people nearby (n°4282). Can accommodate people with hearing, mental, visual or motor disabilities.

Wayno A good stay
The welcome of the owner was very nice and friendly. They were really helpful. The Gite itself is in a lovely, quiet place with a lovely view. On a clear day we could see a very long way. The Gite is clean but we had a few ants in the bathroom and by the entrance. The ant problem in the bathroom could be resolved by sealing a small hole in the wall. The place needs a bit of refreshing, (in bathroom, kitchen). A few newer kitchen utensils. Draws with lots of out of date brochures. A second easy chair/settee would be nice. Some of the wooden dining chairs need changing or gluing up. A clothes hanging rail would be useful in the room with the double bed.
But still with all I've said here we enjoyed our stay and would go back. It was great for our visit. The owners (especially the lady) were lovely as was their pet dog.- Cleanliness

ninipinson sejour agréable
gite très bien équipé, tous les appareils ménagers nécessaires, beaucoup d'espace pour circuler en fauteuil.
extérieurs bien adaptés aux jeux des enfants : balançoire, jeu de boules, babyfoot, table de ping-pong, et jeux de société à l'intérieur de l'appartement. même le chien est venu jouer avec nos petits-enfants.
tout est prévu pour passer un séjour agréable. les propriétaires sont aux petits soins pour leurs vacanciers, à l'écoute sans être indiscrets.

Fil-Ô-Mène Séjour très agréable
Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à Saint Héand. Le gîte était bien adapté pour la dame en fauteuil roulant que j'accompagnais. La propriétaire du gîte était très accueillante et de bons conseils, par rapport aux activités que nous pouvions faire aux alentours. Encore merci !
