This 140 m² detached house, spread over two levels, offers beautiful living spaces ideal for vacations with family or friends. On the first floor, the fully-equipped kitchen invites you to share a delicious meal, while the warm living room, enhanced by wood, exposed beams and fine finishes, creates a convivial atmosphere. Upstairs, three bedrooms welcome travelers with two 140 cm double beds and two 90 cm single beds. Two shower rooms and two WCs ensure appreciable comfort on a daily basis. Heated by aerothermics with underfloor heating on the first floor, the house also features wifi, a TV, dishwasher, washing machine and all the equipment you need for a stress-free stay. Outside, a 200 m² private courtyard with carport and barbecue completes a pleasant 500 m² south-facing grassy plot.
