Housed in a fully restored 18th-century farmhouse, La Ferme Seigne offers 300 m² of cozy living space spread across the ground floor and one upper floor. These group holiday cottages accommodate up to 43 people in their 10 rooms, including 3 dormitories, all furnished exclusively with single beds. The common areas are perfect for socializing, featuring a spacious living room, a cozy dining room, a functional kitchen, and a second kitchen located in the reception barn. The property features 8 showers, 10 sinks, and 7 restrooms to ensure everyone’s comfort, as well as a dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, freezer, microwave, and television. Outside, a 400 m² enclosed courtyard, a garden, and an impressive 250 m² barn complete this property, designed for family gatherings, group retreats, or get-togethers with friends.
Rates are all inclusive. Rental of a 250 m² hall for 120 people: starting at 201.00 euros per day (296.00 or 495.00 on weekends).
