Holiday cottage La Ferme is located close to Chazelles-sur-Lyon and Saint-Galmier, offering easy access to Monts du Lyonnais trails, cycling routes and Hiking on the GR®765. Cultural enthusiasts can discover the Atelier-Musée du Chapeau in Chazelles-sur-Lyon, while gourmets can enjoy local produce at La Farlodoise or a gourmet break at the Bistrot de la Poste. Kids can enjoy donkey rides and outdoor games on the shared grounds. This 85 m² Bungalow with basement features a bright living room with fireplace, a modern fully-equipped kitchen and a convivial dining area opening onto the balcony. Three bedrooms comfortably sleep six: one double (140 cm) and two singles (90 cm). A shower room and WC complete the first floor. The large central hall, illuminated by a skylight and fitted out with an office area, distributes each space with fluidity. Wood heating, supplied by the owners, adds to the warm, authentic atmosphere of the house. There's also a 50m² grassed courtyard and a carport. A large unfenced plot of 2000m², shared with the 2 other Holiday cottages, has been laid out for relaxation and leisure: Kids' swing, boules, table tennis, basketball.
