This 220 m² vacation home is spread over two levels and can accommodate up to 14 people in warm, spacious comfort. The first floor features a bright living room with open kitchen and sitting area around the fireplace, opening onto a balcony and covered terrace to enjoy the fresh air. Six tastefully decorated bedrooms, including two with disabled access, feature single and double beds to suit all needs. A mezzanine and lounge on the second floor provide additional space for relaxation, while a bathroom, shower and three toilets guarantee comfort and convenience. Wood pellet central heating, modern equipment, garage and laundry area complete this vacation home designed for stress-free living. Spacious, landscaped grounds include a pétanque court and swings.
