Nestled at an altitude of 1050 meters, La Chantereine offers a privileged setting in the heart of the Forez nature park, in the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region. The Holiday cottage is located at the edge of the woods, just 1.5 km from the famous GR3 hiking trail, perfect for exploring the ridge paths and admiring the panoramic views over the mountains and valleys of the Loire. Just a few kilometers away, nature lovers will find activities to suit all tastes: horseback riding, fishing or mountain biking through forests and pastures. Calm, fresh air and a warm welcome are the essence of a green vacation, ideal for couples, families or friends.

Carefully restored in keeping with Forézienne architecture, this beautiful 19th-century residence offers 84 m² of comfort on two levels. Exposed stonework, French beams and antique flooring give each room a warm atmosphere. The first floor features a spacious living room with fully-equipped kitchenette, convivial dining area and sitting room dominated by an imposing stone fireplace, with a wood-burning stove for winter evenings (wood is provided free of charge). Upstairs, three bedrooms: a double room with 140 cm bed and two rooms with 90 cm Twin beds. A shower room, separate WC and practical equipment (dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave, TV, electric heating) guarantee optimal living comfort. Outside, an enclosed terrace and 500 m² of wooded grounds, accessible by crossing a small private road, invite you to relax, dine al fresco or play with your Kids in complete safety.
