Year-round heated indoor Piscine (8x4) shared with the owner and private 200 m² grounds (lawn and terrace). Situated 1km from the village and its stores, the Holiday cottage is perfectly equipped for your comfort, in the Countryside without being isolated. From the Holiday cottage, you can set off on foot, by bike, on horseback or by any other means to discover the Pays d'Urfé's hiking trails and byways. In winter, take advantage of the nearby ski resorts. Outside, a swing set awaits the little ones (<10 years), while a ping pong table is available for older children. Thanks to its geographical location, you can explore the Forez region, the Auvergne and its volcanoes, the Mountain Bourbonnaise and the Roannais region, with its vineyards and picturesque villages, in less than an hour.

Set in a carefully renovated former barn, this 180 m² Holiday cottage on two levels offers spacious accommodation ideal for a weekend or vacation in the Loire with family or friends. On the first floor, a large, bright living room features a convivial dining area and a cosy lounge with fireplace, opening onto the garden through large picture windows. A bedroom accessible to people with reduced mobility features two 90 cm single beds and an adapted bathroom. Upstairs, three further bedrooms complete the ensemble, including two with 90 cm single beds and two with 140 cm double beds, as well as a mezzanine converted into a relaxation and games area. Comfort is assured by underfloor heating on the first floor, a fully-equipped kitchen and a sheltered terrace with plancha, ideal for sharing meals al fresco.
