The indoor pool (8x4) is heated year-round and shared with the owner, and the property features a private 200 m² lot (lawn and patio). Located 1 km from the town center and its shops, this fully equipped holiday cottage is situated in the Countryside without being isolated. From the holiday cottage, set out directly on foot, by bike, on horseback, or by any other means to explore the hiking trails and back roads of the Pays d’Urfé. In winter, enjoy the ski resorts in the neighboring mountain ranges. Outside, a swing set awaits the little ones (<10 years old), while a ping-pong table is available for older guests. Its location allows you to explore (in less than an hour) the Forez region, Auvergne and its volcanoes, the Montagne Bourbonnaise, and the Roannais region, renowned for its cuisine and Vineyard. Right in the heart of France’s largest mountain biking area, you can rent all the necessary equipment for this activity less than 5 km away.

Set in a carefully renovated former barn, this 180 m² Holiday cottage on two levels offers spacious accommodation ideal for a weekend or vacation in the Loire with family or friends. On the first floor, a large, bright living room features a convivial dining area and a cosy lounge with fireplace, opening onto the garden through large picture windows. A bedroom accessible to people with reduced mobility features two 90 cm single beds and an adapted bathroom. Upstairs, three further bedrooms complete the ensemble, including two with 90 cm single beds and two with 140 cm double beds, as well as a mezzanine converted into a relaxation and games area. Comfort is assured by underfloor heating on the first floor, a fully-equipped kitchen and a sheltered terrace with plancha, ideal for sharing meals al fresco.
