200 m² Holiday cottage on two levels, accessible to people with reduced mobility from the outside. The garden level opens onto a hall leading to 3 family bedrooms, each with a 180x200 double bed (convertible into two 90cm beds on request) and a mezzanine with 2 90cm beds accessible via a ladder. One of the bedrooms is suitable for people with reduced mobility, with an adapted shower room and private WC. This level also includes a separate toilet and a sanitary area with 2 showers and a double washbasin. On the ground floor, a large, convivial living room with kitchen opening onto the dining room and a bright relaxation area, and a PMR toilet. Heated by an eco-friendly masonry heater, it diffuses gentle, constant heat. The environmentally conscious owners will be delighted to explain how it works.
