Detached house completely renovated in 2018, secluded and easily accessible, in the heart of the Loire Gorges, in an exceptional natural environment. You'll appreciate the peace and quiet, the panoramic views, the high quality of the interior fittings, an in-ground swimming pool currently under construction and accessible from late June/early July, the covered terrace, the Loire River just a 10-minute walk away...
250 m² Holiday cottage with 4 bedrooms, kitchen, dining room, living room, living room with bay windows opening onto the Countryside and its Spa + sauna. For your comfort, 3 shower rooms, 1 bathroom, 3 toilets, underfloor heating, beds made on arrival, bathroom linen provided and included in the rental, 165 cm flat-screen TV, coffee maker (filled on arrival), American fridge... Roanne 20 min, St-Etienne 45 min, Lyon 1 h, Clermont 1h10. Access to Holiday cottage via a 200-meter carriage road. Housekeeping package available for an additional 120€ (excluding oven and plancha cleaning).

Magnifique gîte tres bien équipé.
Parfait pour un séjour en famille.
Jacuzzi, sauna, billard, baby foot, rien ne manque pour se détendre au calme.

Nous avons passés 15 jours au gîte d’Aphrodite
POINTS POSITIFS:
-Calme
-Carport à l’ombre
-Maison spacieuse
-beaucoup de vaisselle
-Jacuzzi,billard,babyfoot,piscine,spa
-Bonne machine à café
-Literie confortablePOINTS NÉGATIFS:
-Toutes les canalisations bouchées (évier,douche,baignoire)
-Pas de wifi
-Beaucoup de vaisselle mais en mauvais état.
-Belle maison mais manque d’entretien (Plinthe lave-vaisselle, poignées toilettes et salle de bains)
Nous n’avons pas pu utiliser la salle de bain de la salle de jeux pas de verrous et poignée cassée
-Des ventilateurs auraient été plus qu’appréciés au vu des chaleurs et de la gamme élevée présentée en prestations.
-Énormément de mouches prévoyez les tapettes!!!
(Mais pas trop de moustiques )
-Extérieur sale ( salon de jardin / sol / mauvaises herbes)
-Piscine saleConclusion le gîte est très bien mais il manque un gros entretien ce qui est vraiment dommage.

Nous vous remercions pour vos remarques et observations qui nous étonnes pour la plupart, néanmoins, nous avons pris le temps de faire un tour complet et poussé du gîte pour vérifier que tout est bien en état de partout intérieur comme extérieur.
