100m² gîte (ground floor+floor) adjoining a house and the La Ferme des Délices Foréziens escape game: total independence - you'll have your own entrance and private outside area (enclosed courtyard, covered chapi with SPA for 6, parking). On the first floor, you'll enter the fully-equipped kitchen, where you'll be able to prepare delicious meals for friends and family. The adjoining living room features a convertible sofa that can be used as a comfortable extra bed. On this level, you'll find the storeroom/laundry room and a separate toilet. On the 1st floor are the two bedrooms: the master suite with its 160cm bed and private bathroom (bath, washbasin and WC), and the "dormitory" bedroom with a 140cm bed and a 160cm bed that can be converted into two 80cm beds (on request from the owner). On this level, there is a fully-equipped bathroom (shower cubicle, washbasin and WC).
