Cottage of 50 m² with a living room with a lounge / dining area with its convertible sofa, a fully equipped and integrated kitchen and a bathroom. The bedroom with its two 90 cm beds (can be twinned) is located on the mezzanine opening onto the living room. The \ "Fisherman's House \" is a few steps from the cottage, it has a relaxing lounge and a beautiful view of the surrounding countryside through its bay window. Enter and discover the Borchamps area located between the D4 which is bordered by the greenway \ "Véloire \" for tourism and the Sornin river. On a beautiful park of 1700m² fully enclosed, with trees and flowers, this area is completely privatized. You will enjoy both: a fully equipped and comfortable cottage and an atypical \ "fisherman's house \" converted into a place of relaxation with its balcony overlooking the river. To make your stay even more pleasant, charges and heating are included, beds are made on arrival and towels are provided.

5/5Très beau gîte, clair, propre, bien aménagé, avec un extérieur magnifiquement entretenu donnant sur une vue splendide.
Le lit fait à l'arrivée et le linge de toilette fournis sont un véritable plus!
