This 58 m² Holiday cottage, completely renovated on one level in 2025, is located on the first floor of the owner's house, with its own entrance. It features a bright, open-plan living room with fully-equipped kitchen opening onto the dining area, and a lounge with sofa bed. It has 2 bedrooms: one with a double bed (140), the other with two Bunk beds (90). The bathroom has a shower, washbasin and WC. Utilities included for optimum comfort. It opens onto a 10 m² terrace and a 200 m² garden, perfect for games, outdoor meals or naps in the shade.
