In the Countryside between Roannais and the Forez plain, Christelle & Édouard welcome you to their spacious and comfortable Holiday cottage. Here, you'll enjoy lovely outdoor spaces to play with the family, relax in the sun or simply enjoy the moment, thanks to the landscaped courtyard, the petanque court, the swing, the swimming pool (4x5 - unheated - open from June to September, equipped with a pool alarm thanks to a powerful sound system), the Spa (6 places), ... The accommodation opens onto a vast living room combining modern decoration and equipment with characterful restoration (French ceilings, wooden beams, stone walls...). To make your stay even more enjoyable, utilities and heating are included, and beds are made on arrival! Horse riding available 300m from the Holiday cottage.
Gîte adjoining the owners' house, 220m² on two levels with independent entrance and private exterior. On the raised first floor (5 steps), you'll find a spacious living room with an open-plan kitchen, a dining room with pellet stove and a large lounge. Shower room with Italian shower and separate toilet. Upstairs, the sleeping quarters have been converted into 4 bedrooms, including a mezzanine (bed 160 / bed 140 & 90 / bed 140 / 3 beds 90). Bathroom with corner bath and separate WC.

Les bretons superbe!!

Annelies Séjour Fantastique pour Toute la Famille
Nous avons passé 2,5 semaines dans cette maison de vacances avec nos deux enfants et quatre adultes, et c'était vraiment une expérience formidable. Tout était parfaitement en ordre et impeccable.
Parmi les aspects agréables de notre séjour, il y avait l'hospitalité des propriétaires. Dès notre arrivée, nous nous sommes sentis plus que bienvenus. Ils étaient toujours prêts à aider et nous avons même reçu un panier de fruits et légumes provenant de leur jardin.
La maison elle-même offrait amplement d'espace pour tout le monde. Les chambres étaient spacieuses et confortables, et les espaces communs étaient parfaits pour passer du temps ensemble.
Les installations extérieures étaient fantastiques. Les enfants ont passé des heures à s'amuser dans la piscine. La piscine était relativement petite, mais cela convenait parfaitement à nos enfants de trois et cinq ans. Le soir, quand il faisait plus frais, c'était idéal pour se détendre dans le jacuzzi. Le jardin et la terrasse offraient suffisamment d'espace pour se détendre et profiter du bel environnement.
En résumé, cette maison de vacances offrait tout ce dont nous avions besoin pour des vacances reposantes. Nous la recommandons à tous ceux qui recherchent un endroit confortable et accueillant pour séjourner.
