In the heart of the countryside between Roannais and the Forez plain, Christelle & Édouard welcome you to their spacious and comfortable gîte. Here, you'll enjoy delightful outdoor spaces to play with the family, relax in the sun or simply enjoy the moment, thanks to the landscaped courtyard, the petanque court, the swing, the swimming pool (4x5 - unheated - open from June to September), the SPA (6 places), ... The accommodation opens onto a vast living room combining modern decoration and equipment with characterful restoration (French ceilings, wooden beams, stone walls...). To make your stay even more enjoyable, utilities and heating are included, and beds are made on arrival! Equestrian boarding available 300m from the gîte.
Gîte adjoining the owners' house, 220m² on two levels with independent entrance and private exterior. On the raised first floor (5 steps), you'll find a spacious living room with an open-plan kitchen, a dining room with pellet stove and a large lounge. Shower room with Italian shower and separate toilet. Upstairs, the sleeping quarters have been converted into 4 bedrooms, including a mezzanine (bed 160 / bed 140 & 90 / bed 140 / 3 beds 90). Bathroom with corner bath and separate WC.

5/5Accueil parfait, la maison est adaptée pour deux familles de 4 , grâce à son espace et tout ce qu'il faut pour se détendre. Entre le grand salon avec ses livres et ses jeux de sociétés, le nombre de chambre, la grande cuisine équipée, la piscine, le jaccuzi, la terrasse et les jeux extérieurs ! Le calme est présent et la vue est superbe. Nous avons passé de beaux moments en famille. La propriétaire est très réactive en cas de problème, top !

5/5Allier confort, simplicité et accueil pour les propriétaires de ce gîte, c'est leur grande réussite! C'était notre deuxième séjour ici et ce n'est pas un hazard.Ce gite comporte toutes les qualités pour accueillir une dizaine de personnes dans les meilleurs conditions. Ne changez rien!

5/5Formidable WE entre amis au gîte des Grandes Terres ; Entre jacuzzi, jeux de société, pétanque, apéro et balades à pieds dans les chemins balisés, tout était parfait. Accueil très sympathique des propriétaires qui sont tjs disponibles.
Le gîte est très spacieux et propre.

Présentation du gite information sur le poêle à granulés.
Propriétaires disponibles mais non envahissants, petits SMS pour s'inquiéter de notre confort et de nos besoins .
Très bonne literie et matériel .
Nombreux jeux de société ( très utiles car le temps n'était pas avec nous), nous avons toutefois savourés le jacuzzi .
