It has a courtyard, a grassed area of around 300m² and a pretty terrace of over 20m² where you can enjoy the barbecue and garden furniture in complete independence ... . To make your stay even more enjoyable, utilities and heating are included, and beds are made on arrival. A €40 cleaning deposit is required on arrival.

67m² gîte: on the first floor, you enter the living room with its lounge/dining area opening onto the terrace and its fully equipped, integrated kitchen with pellet stove. The bathroom has a shower with washbasin and WC. On this level, you'll find a games room with table soccer, darts and a reading area. Upstairs, you'll find the two bedrooms: a spacious master bedroom with TV and 160cm bed, and a bedroom with two 90cm beds.
