Between the Loire and Ardèche, in the heart of a peaceful country hamlet, you'll be charmed by the calm of the surrounding countryside. Discover this charming, authentic 18th-century stone farmhouse, steeped in history and carefully restored and decorated by the owners. "Le Chant de l'Eau" is a combination of two adjoining gîtes, offering a cosy stay for small groups. Here you'll find charm and a gentle atmosphere in which to relax. The accommodation is located opposite the owners' home, overlooking the valley from the terraces and shared courtyard. To make your stay even more enjoyable, utilities and heating are included, beds are made on arrival, towels are provided and housekeeping is included!

Two adjoining gîtes, the 110m² "Angie" gîte & the 40m² "Coron" gîte (raised ground floor & first floor). "Angie" opens onto a beautiful living room with a dining room that can seat 11 / 13 people at table, and a fully equipped and integrated kitchen for sharing good food with the family. In this part, 3 very comfortable and spacious bedrooms have been fitted out, each with its own private shower room and separate toilet. On the 1st level: the Emerald suite with a Queen Size bed, upstairs the Ternay suite with a 140*200 bed & the Pilat family room which comprises two through rooms with 1 bed 180 / 3 beds 90 with a bunk bed. "Coron" features a living room with open-plan kitchen/dining area and lounge with sofa bed, a bedroom with two 90cm beds that can be twinned to form a 180cm bed, a shower room and separate toilet.
