Suspended above the Forézienne plain, Holiday cottage Condamine promises total immersion in the Loire Countryside. Here, calm is disturbed only by birdsong. From the house, trails wind through forests and pastures, offering breathtaking panoramas of the Monts du Forez. Nature lovers can venture out on the GR® de Pays Côtes du Forez Sud, while heritage enthusiasts can discover the golden stones of the Prieuré de Champdieu or stroll through the medieval streets of Montbrison. Kids will love the Acr'Oforez tree-climbing park just a few kilometers away. Opposite the Holiday cottage, there's an attractive petanque court. For added convenience, utilities are included in the price.

Nestled in the hamlet of Condamine, this traditional farmhouse, lovingly restored by Elsa and Yves, offers a warm, authentic setting. Behind its stone walls, the Holiday cottage extends over 180 m² on three levels, designed for all types of stays. On the first floor, the large living area features a fully-equipped kitchen opening onto a convivial dining room, while a vast 48 m² modular room can be adapted to suit your every need: festive meals, Kids' games, moments of relaxation or meetings. Upstairs are two comfortable bedrooms: one with two single beds, the other a dormitory version with 90cm Bunk beds - as well as a bright relaxation area. Under the roof, the mezzanine shelters a cocooning lounge and a second dormitory, with extra beds. 3 bathrooms and 2 shower rooms ensure comfort and privacy for everyone. Outside, a private enclosed courtyard and wooden terrace. Baby bed and ironing facilities available in the Holiday cottage.
