Designed to accommodate large families, Cœur d'Étangs features four independent holiday cottages that can sleep up to 24 people (and even up to 32 with extra beds). Spanning nearly 500 m², the complex offers twelve bedrooms, twenty 90x200 single beds, two 140 cm double beds, six bathrooms, one bathtub, and nine toilets. Two ground-floor accommodations feature private bathrooms within the bedrooms and are accessible to guests with disabilities. Each holiday cottage has its own living room, fully equipped kitchen, and living area to ensure everyone’s independence while still allowing for shared social moments. An 80 m² reception room, a large covered patio, a terrace, a garden, a fireplace, central heating, Wi-Fi, baby gear, and a secure private Piscine (open from June 15 to September 15, reserved exclusively for holiday cottage occupants—no guests—and the owner. The pool closes at 10 p.m.) round out a property perfectly suited for family gatherings, vacations with friends, or private events.
