Fishing enthusiasts will appreciate the nearby fish-filled lake, while families will enjoy outdoor activities such as mountain biking, Hiking and walking. Local produce and gastronomy complete the experience, offering a complete immersion in the authenticity and savoir-vivre of the Loire. The 155m² Holiday cottage is spread over two levels, with a large living room featuring a dining area and modern kitchen to create a convivial space.
The living room, bathed in light thanks to its bay windows, accommodates a sofa bed and offers a panoramic view over the garden and the 170m² enclosed courtyard. Four bedrooms provide comfortable accommodation: on the first floor, one bedroom with a double bed and a single bed; upstairs, three bedrooms with two single beds, three single beds and a double bed. A bathroom with bath and Italian shower, a shower room, two WCs and a storeroom complete the accommodation. A private 600m² plot of land, on the other side of the road, is bordered on one side by a fish-filled waterhole (secured) for fishing enthusiasts, and on the other by a henhouse to delight the little ones! Electric heating, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, Wi-Fi and baby equipment ensure a practical and pleasant stay.
