Welcome to the Autour du Puits holiday cottage, a detached house that can accommodate up to 12 people, nestled in the heart of the Neulise countryside. Surrounded by fields and the rolling hills typical of the Roanne region, this old stone farmhouse has been carefully and completely renovated, preserving all of its original charm. The exposed stone walls, wooden beams, and spacious rooms create a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Outside, over 2 hectares of private grounds await you: several terraces to enjoy every moment of the day, a relaxation area around the fountain, hammocks for unwinding, a full-size pétanque court, play equipment for Kids, and a spacious covered patio with a barbecue—perfect for sharing long meals and extending your evenings in a warm, friendly atmosphere.

An ideal holiday cottage for 12 people!
This detached holiday cottage, measuring approximately 200 m² and spread over three levels, offers generous living spaces. On the ground floor, a fully equipped kitchen opens onto a large, bright dining room with direct access to the outdoors. A bathroom with a bathtub and shower, as well as a separate toilet, complete this level. On the first floor, a living room with a TV leads to three master suites, each equipped with a 160 × 200 cm bed and a private bathroom. There is also a separate restroom on this floor. On the second floor, you’ll find a bedroom with a 160 × 200 cm bed, as well as a bedroom with four 90 × 200 cm beds—ideal for kids or groups—and a separate restroom. All five bedrooms are air-conditioned to ensure optimal comfort year-round. To help you enjoy your vacation to the fullest from the moment you arrive, the beds are made, bathroom linen is provided, and all utilities are included in the rate. Internet service is currently being installed; the phone service is reliable.
