In the heart of the Loire, this vacation home is located in the mountain hamlet of "Les Peux", comprising 3 houses in a calm, relaxing environment. It's an invitation to slow down and savor an authentic territory where nature is omnipresent. From the studio, paths open directly onto the woods and landscapes of the Pays d'Urfé, leading towards Montoncel or the vast surrounding forests. Hiking, mountain biking and cross-country skiing enthusiasts will find an ideal playground here, while Vichy, its Thermal baths and Belle Époque elegance offer a cultural and Wellbeing getaway nearby. The Forest des Bois Noirs completes this immersion with its soothing panoramas and varied itineraries.

This single-storey Holiday cottage (32 m²) features a bright living room with a fully-equipped kitchen, a dining and relaxation area with TV, and a sleeping area with a 140 cm double bed. A private bathroom with shower, washbasin and toilet completes the layout. Semi-detached from the owner's house but totally independent, it has its own entrance. Outside, a wooden terrace extends from the living room onto a private 120 m² garden, ideal for enjoying the calm of the surroundings. Deckchairs, plancha, internet connection and parking complete the facilities, with Bed linen and towels provided for a comfortable stay.
