You'll enjoy a lovely living room opening onto a 10m² private terrace with garden furniture and a view of the Chartreuse massif. This room includes a fully-equipped kitchen, a living room with tv & internet connection (network). Bedroom: 1 double bed, shower room-wc. Overcapacity available on request: sofa-bed for 2 people (€20/person charge). Parking in front of the Holiday cottage. The house includes another Holiday cottage and the owners' accommodation. Close to public transport, shops and the Innovallée sustainable innovation technology park.
