Résidence l'Altitude

Sophie & Gérald open the doors of the Résidence l'Altitude, located in the heart of the Belledonne massif, just a few minutes from Allevard-les-Bains and the ski resorts of Le Collet d'Allevard and Les 7 Laux.

This vast residence is equipped to accommodate 30 guests in 2 apartments (1st floor 7 Laux = 3 rooms or 2nd floor 3 Laux = 9 rooms), which can be rented individually or together, for a total of 12 rooms.

On the first floor, communal areas: professional kitchen, bar, large, bright reception room opening onto the terrace and garden, in fine weather: Kids' play area, tennis & indoor pool, bike & ski storage.

Sauna on 1st floor. Nearby restaurants, small shops, Alpine & Nordic skiing, dog sledding, Hiking & mountain lakes, summer tobogganing, thermal baths, forge and mill museum. Possibility of renting just one of the apartments from €1,000/week.
