On the ground floor, entrance hall, living room with access to the garden, fully equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer, electric oven, wood-burning stove, microwave, dishwasher, range hood, 3-burner glass-ceramic cooktop, filter coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster.
Laundry room with washing machine and toilet/sink.
TV, Wi-Fi. Electric heating.

On the 1st floor: bathroom with shower and toilet; Bedroom 1 with a double bed. On the 2nd floor: Bedroom 2 in the loft with 3 single beds. Bedroom 3 in the loft (double bed with an Umbrella bed).
Grass yard, wooded park, covered barbecue area, and patio furniture.
Water source in the park; pets allowed upon request. Storage space available upon request for bicycles and motorcycles.

Shared parking and 1 private parking space. Near the owner’s house and two other holiday cottages (No. 429101 and 429102) for 2 and 4 people. Ideal for trail runners and hikers.
Cyclists and bikers are welcome.
Numerous hiking and mountain biking trails start right from the holiday cottage.
Things to do and see: Himalayan-style suspension bridges, Lake Monteynard and its cruise boat, the Mira, an adventure course, paragliding… the Hauts Plateaux Nature Reserve, Mont Aiguille, cross-country skiing in Chichilianne, and Alpine skiing/cross-country skiing in Gresse-en-Vercors.

From Grenoble, quick access via the A51 highway to Monestier-de-Clermont. Towels and linens included. Beds made on arrival.
