Located in a quiet area away from the village, this charming holiday cottage with exposed stone walls is a semi-detached house that is attached to the owner’s home. The ground floor features: a living room with a fireplace, a kitchen, a shower room, and a toilet.
Upstairs: Bedroom 1 (1 double bed, 160x200), Bedroom 2 (1 double bed, 160x200), Bedroom 3 (1 bed 90x190), Bedroom 4 (2 sets of 2 pull-out single beds, 90x190), bathroom with toilet. Linens, laundry, dishwasher. Microwave/grill, electric oven, TV, Wi-Fi. Central heating.
Enclosed property with lawn, barbecue, patio furniture, covered terrace. On-site: pétanque, trampoline, foosball, ping pong, access to the owners’ heated Piscine between June and September.
Starting points for marked hiking trails and mountain biking. Places to visit: The medieval village of St. Antoine de l’Abbaye (designated one of the most beautiful villages in France), the railway garden, the Choranche Caves, and Lake Roybon. The Royans paddlewheel boat, the Romans Shoe Museum, and Marques Avenue.
